Sales Development Representative

Love a good conversation and have a knack for turning it into a business opportunity? We’re looking for a confident, proactive Sales Development Representative to help a corporate travel business identify new clients, build relationships and open doors for the sales team. This isn’t about making endless calls or working through a list. It’s about having quality conversations, asking the right questions and uncovering opportunities with businesses that could benefit from a dedicated corporate travel partner.

What you’ll be doing Researching and identifying potential clients. Reaching out to decision-makers and starting meaningful conversations. Understanding business travel needs and identifying potential opportunities. Booking 10 qualified meetings per month for the senior sales team. Managing your pipeline and nurturing future prospects. What we’re looking for B2B sales experience, ideally involving telephone-based outreach. A confident, personable telephone manner. A proactive, commercially minded approach.

Resilience, motivation and a desire to achieve targets. Strong organisation and the ability to manage your own workload. Travel industry experience would be a bonus, but it’s not essential. We’re more interested in your attitude, sales ability and approach to building relationships. What’s on offer? £28,000 basic salary plus commission. Guaranteed minimum commission amount of £1,000 per month for your first six months.
