We're looking for a motivated Sales Development Consultant to join a market-leading business that provides services to the Accountancy, Compliance, HR and Health & Safety sectors.
Whether you're a recent graduate or have previous sales experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company with clear career progression. What you'll do:
Make outbound calls to prospective business clients. Generate new business opportunities and book appointments. Build and manage your sales pipeline. Work closely with the Business Development team to maximise sales. Achieve and exceed individual targets in a supportive, high-performance environment.
What we're looking for:
A confident, driven and resilient individual. Excellent communication skills. A positive attitude and desire to succeed. Previous sales experience or a recent graduate looking to start a sales career. What's on offer: £27,000 basic salary. Guaranteed £500/month commission for your first 3 months. Uncapped commission (Average OTE £40,000, top performers earn £60,000). 25 days holiday bank holidays your birthday off. Overseas incentive trips.
