Pay & Benefits- Roles:
Traffic marshal - Major Project (Plymouth) - Long‑term work (5 years) available for the right candidates with the correct cards and tickets and wanting a stable job and income for the foreseeable future.
- Monday – Friday – Flat rate: £16.94 per hour for the first 39 hours.
- Time and a half pay after 39 hours – £25.41 per hour.
- Average pay per hour – £18.80.
- Paid holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays).
- Lodging or mileage paid depending on distance.
- Pension – secure regular income.
- Skilled tradesperson with suitable experience of Traffic marshal.
- CPCS Blue Card (Skilled Worker).
