We are looking for a reliable and skilled Painter and Decorator to join our clients team working across tenanted and void properties in the Plymouth area.

The Role:

You will be responsible for carrying out high-quality painting and decorating works in occupied and void homes. This is a customer-facing role, so professionalism and good communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Internal and external painting and decorating

* Preparing surfaces to a high standard

* Working respectfully in occupied and tenanted properties

* Communicating clearly with tenants, colleagues, and supervisors

* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Essential Requirements:

* Proven experience as a painter and decorator

* Clean, full UK driving licence

* DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work sensitively and professionally with vulnerable people

* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
