Liquidpersonnel is seeking an Adult Social Worker for the Safeguarding Team in Redbridge. This hybrid role will support young people with disabilities as they transition to adult life.
In this position, you will assess risks to vulnerable adults, implement safeguarding plans, and collaborate with partners to ensure safety. Applicants must have a Social Work degree, registration, and at least two years of experience. The role offers a pay rate of £28.99 per hour and various benefits.
