Portsmouth City Council is seeking a professional Sheltered Housing Support Manager to lead a team of eight, helping older residents live safely and independently. You will work with residents, families and partner agencies to assess needs, plan support, complete paperwork and escalate safeguarding when required.
The role requires good listening skills, strong team leadership, and the ability to coordinate across Adult Social Care, health services and care providers.
