BRC Jobs is looking for a Support Worker in Plymouth to support young parents in housing services. You will manage caseloads, assess needs, create action plans and work with agencies to ensure services are delivered effectively.
The role focuses on helping customers live independently and access entitled services within supported living accommodation, with a 37.5 hour week and a short-term 2-3 month contract.
