Hamilton Woods Associates is recruiting a Services Lead to oversee supported housing, homelessness and temporary accommodation services in Warwickshire. The role focuses on day-to-day delivery, staff leadership, and driving service improvements.
You will manage a team, develop partnerships with local authorities, and ensure compliance with safeguarding and health & safety standards. A full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle is required and experience working with complex housing needs
