NHS in York is seeking a Children and Young Persons (CYP) social worker to join the inpatient and day services team. You will provide social work intervention, advice, and support to patients, carers, and families with complex mental health needs, within CYPS and a multidisciplinary context.
You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, support discharge planning, and contribute to safeguarding and governance standards while maintaining confidentiality and working across diverse settings.
