Seetec Group Ltd. in Wirral is seeking a passionate Employment Mentor to support participants with health support needs and learning disabilities on their journey into sustainable employment.
You will manage a caseload, carry out assessments, develop personalised Action Plans, and coordinate interventions to help progression into work, including signposting and employer engagement. The role is full-time with a permanent contract and 37 hours per week. Salary range £26,000 to £29,545 per annum.
