Plymouth City Council’s Cosmo Community Youth Team seeks a dynamic Senior Youth Worker to serve as Violence Prevention Specialist, delivering frontline youth work across the city to tackle knife crime and weapons offenses.
You will work face-to-face with young people aged 13–21, sometimes with Youth Justice Service involvement, hot-desking across venues, and collaborating with partners to develop joint intervention paths.
