Thurrock Council is seeking a Family Support Worker - Family Help to provide integrated support to children and families identified with additional needs. In this role, you will work collaboratively with professionals, guiding and supporting them in their efforts to improve family outcomes.
The position requires confident autonomy in your work, with responsibilities including assessments, robust planning, and the allocation of services.
