Plymouth City Council is seeking three internal Youth Support Workers for the Summer Detached Youth Work project within the Community Youth Team. The role focuses on delivering relationship-based youth work in waterfront and city centre areas during peak risk periods, aimed at reducing youth violence and ASB.
You will work evenings, weekends, and during summer holidays, building trusted adult relationships, providing early intervention and safe diversionary activities for at-risk youth.
