Communities is seeking a compassionate Custody & Community Support Worker to support participants from initial assessment through reintegration, delivering one-to-one and group interventions. You will help participants overcome barriers, promote social inclusion, and track progress in line with contractual targets.
The role covers both custody and community settings, with a 37-hour week, permanent contract, and a salary of £25,877–£29,000 depending on experience.
