YNOT Support C.I.C. is a registered Community Interest Company delivering specialist, trauma-informed tenancy sustainment, hoarding interventions (CIS Levels 1-9), and environmental restorations across Plymouth and Devon.

We are seeking an empathetic, reliable Lead Tenancy Support & Assessment Coordinator to carry out initial property assessments, develop structured action plans, and provide weekly 1-to-1 practical and emotional support to vulnerable tenants.

Key Responsibilities

. Conduct home triage assessments using the Clutter Image Scale (CIS 1-9) to evaluate risk, fire egress, and environmental hazards.

. Deliver trauma-informed 1-to-1 support sessions to help clients sort, organise, and declutter living spaces at a manageable pace.

. Liaise with social housing officers (e.g., Plymouth Community Homes, Live West, Clarion), Adult Social Care, and emergency services.

. Monitor weekly milestones, complete progress logs, and support the creation of relapse prevention plans.

. Adhere strictly to safeguarding protocols and lone working dynamic risk procedures.
