Devon Homechoice is recruiting a Social Housing Lettings Officer in Plymouth for a 3 month contract, 37 hours per week, £18.13 per hour with holiday pay, £23.63 Umbrella.
You will provide a high quality allocations service to tenants via Devon Homechoice, assess housing and support needs to promote sustainable tenancies, and ensure KPI targets are met. Experience with Devon Homechoice in a Housing Association or Local Authority is required.
