About Us:
We are a growing, forward-thinking children’s residential care organisation with homes across the Southwest, London, and a brand-new multi-home provision in Durham. Our mission is powerful and clear: to help children aged 7–17 rebuild trust, confidence, and hope.
We work with young people who have experienced loss, instability, or trauma. We don’t define them by their past — we support them to step into their potential. Using trauma-informed, PACE-based practice, we create warm, stable homes where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to grow. This is meaningful work. This is change you can see happen.
Benefits & Perks:
At 360 CRS, we look after the people who look after others.
Frontline leadership support — you’ll never be left alone to figure it out
Employee Assistance Programme for emotional & wellbeing support
Your Birthday Off — every year, no questions asked
Generous Referral Bonus when you help brilliant people join the team
Wellness Allowance to support your physical & mental health
Extra Annual Leave increasing with service
Donation Match Scheme to back causes you care about
Fully Funded Qualifications (including Level 3 Residential Childcare Diploma)
Blue Light Card Access for discounts & perks
Access to a Company Vehicle when needed for work
Enhanced Pay for Overtime & Festival Periods
The Role:
You’ll help make a house feel like a home — safe, nurturing, and full of possibility. Your days will include:
Being a positive, grounding influence for young people
Building meaningful relationships based on trust
Supporting emotional development, independence, routines, learning & community involvement
Championing safeguarding and positive practice
Working as part of a supportive, reflective team
You will be flexible with your working days to meet the needs of the home, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
Who You Are:
If you’re ready to help young people grow, heal, and believe in themselves, we’ll give you everything you need to succeed.
Essential skills:
Experience working with children/young people.
Willingness to work a varied rota
Desirable:
Children's residential care experience
Full UK driving licence & access to a car
Our Safeguarding Promise:
Safety is at the heart of everything we do. All roles require safer recruitment checks, enhanced DBS clearance, and ongoing safeguarding training.
