RGB Recruitment is seeking an experienced Housing Officer to manage a patch across Plymouth and South Hams. The role covers tenancy and housing management, customer queries, sign-ups and viewings, with a focus on safeguarding and estate standards.
A 37-hour week, Mon-Fri, at £20.75 per hour, with immediate start subject to interview. Essential: social housing experience, CIH Level 4 or progress towards it, driving licence with vehicle access, DBS, and right to work for the full contract.
