SBHA in the Scottish Borders is seeking an experienced Welfare Benefits Officer to help tenants maximise income, reduce hardship and sustain tenancies. You will provide confidential advice, manage complex casework and work with partners to achieve positive outcomes.
The role requires three years of welfare benefits experience, an HND level, and a driving licence; a fixed-term 6-month contract with 35 hours per week, based in Selkirk with travel across the Borders.
