Zaizi is seeking a User Researcher (SFIA4) to work in an agile delivery environment, supporting government clients across Public Safety. You’ll help multidisciplinary teams develop a deep understanding of users, ensuring services are designed around real user needs and evidence rather than assumptions.
You’ll plan, lead and deliver user research activities that uncover user needs, behaviours, motivations and pain points.
