HGV Class 2 | Plymouth

HG Recruitment are recruiting Class 2 Drivers in partnership with EVRi to support the Plymouth site. Start times are between 01:00 and 06:00. Part time 3–4 shifts weekly. Delivering to Distribution Units – specific Evri sites – with a maximum of 2 runs per day.

Pay and shifts

Pay rates (PAYE/Holiday Included)

• Pre-Parity (Weeks 1–12)

Days: £15.10 (hol £16.92)
Nights: £16.16 (hol £18.11)

• Parity (Weeks +13)

Days: £15.10 (hol £16.36)
• OT £22.04 (hol £23.85)
Nights: £16.16 (hol £18.11)
• OT £24.24 (hol £27.16)

Estimated weekly pay based on 55 hours £939.53 (Parity PAYE)

Expected annual earnings £48,855.56

• Delivering to Distribution Units – specific Evri sites – max 2 runs per day.
• Conduct thorough vehicle checks before and after each shift.
• Load and unload goods safely, ensuring accuracy and care of all items.
• Adhere to driving hours, tachograph, and Working Time Directive regulations.
• Maintain excellent communication with the transport team and customers.
• Complete all delivery paperwork and electronic records accurately.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

• Valid Class 2 (Category
  
  C) licence.
• Valid CPC and digital tachograph card.
• Recent experience in multi-drop or similar driving roles preferred. NEW PASS WELCOME
