** Class 2 HGV Driver
** who takes pride in maintaining high standards, delivering exceptional customer service, and operating safely every day. If you're looking for a role where your contribution truly matters, we'd like to hear from you.## ## About the Role As an HGV Driver, you will play a key role in supporting our regional logistics operation, ensuring customers receive their deliveries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.

You will be responsible for representing Heidelberg Materials on the road, maintaining compliance with all transport regulations, and upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism.## ##

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver Heidelberg Materials products safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
* Ensure vehicles and associated equipment are maintained to a high standard and kept clean and roadworthy.
* Complete all vehicle inspections, records, and documentation accurately in line with legislative and company requirements.
* Follow all Health & Safety policies, Working Time Directive regulations, Road Transport legislation, and company procedures.
* Ensure environmental standards are maintained, including compliance with procedures relating to waste disposal, water discharge, and dust emissions.
* Provide excellent customer service and act as a professional ambassador for Heidelberg Materials.
* Work closely with operational teams to support business and customer requirements.
* Undertake additional duties as required by management to support the successful running of the operation.## ## What We're Looking For Essential Requirements
* LGV Class 2 Licence.
* Category C Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) Licence.
* Strong awareness of Health & Safety and transport compliance requirements.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Professional, reliable, and punctual approach to work.
