HGV Class 1 Driver

KPI Recruiting are looking for a HGV Class 1 Driver for our client based in Plymouth PL6 8LH
. Our client is a leading provider in the delivery industry within the UK, with state-of-the-art vehicles and services provided. Our client is looking to add to their pool of HGV Class 1 drivers as they continue to grow and expand their team.

Job description for a HGV Class 1 Driver:

• AD HOC or Shift work available
• Offering morning, afternoon, or Night shifts!
• £ 15.80 per hour
• Ongoing and temp-to-perm opportunities
• Average of 8-hour shifts
• Year-round positions
• Opportunity for overtime
• Fresh passes accepted!!
• Drivers’ benefits include: weekly pay, additional shifts within KPI driving contacts available, use of state-of-the-art vehicles.

Your role will include driving the HGV Class 1 vehicle across the country, delivering to different Depots across the UK. You will be unloaded on the bay, so no handball involved!

Rates for a HGV Class 1 Driver (PAYE) –

£ 15.80 per hour days

£ 18.07 per hour nights

Please note that the pay rates are inclusive of accrued holiday pay.

The ideal candidate for a HGV Class 1 Driver will need the following:

• An up-to-date driving licence, CPC and Digi, along with HIAB licence
• No IN, DD, DR endorsements on licence
• Hi-vis and safety boots
