Job title: Warehouse Operative

Pay rate: £12.89 to £21.27 per hour

Shift: Flexible and willing to work across various shift patterns

Hours: 6am until 2pm / 2pm until 10pm / 10pm until 6am

Location: Plymouth, PL7 4JH

Potential start: Wednesday 18th February 2026

• Work in the chilled section (2-5°C)
• Pick items using a voice‑activated pick system
• Operate LLOP (full training provided)
• Contribute to performance and productivity targets set for staff
• Pick/pack meat and alcohol in the warehouse
• Support Ambient and Milk departments after training on MHE, if selected

• Day shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Night shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (overtime opportunities may be available)

• Day shift rate (6 AM‑2 PM): £12.89 – £14.83 per hour
• Afternoon shift rate: £14.83 – £16.77 per hour
• Night shift rate: £16.12 – £18.06 per hour
• Overtime: £19.33 – £21.27 per hour
