Are you a people-person who loves talking to customers and has a passion for motorsports? Under the direction of our Customer Service Lead, the Customer Service Representative
- Sales plays a key role in creating unforgettable event experiences by selling tickets, helping customers over the phone, and promoting our exciting public and corporate events.

If you enjoy fast-paced environments, connecting with fans, and sealing the deal, this role is for you!

• Part-time, year-round position
• Hours may flex up or down depending on event schedules and business needs

• Chat with customers over the phone and help them score tickets to awesome events
• Sell tickets for public events, corporate outings, and group experiences
• Upsell fun event add-ons and upgrades (think golf carts and premium options!)
• Keep customer records accurate and organized
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and event-goers
• Build great relationships with returning customers and fans
• Deliver friendly, upbeat, and knowledgeable customer service every time
• Jump in on other tasks as needed to keep things running smoothly

We're searching for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and attention to detail to every call.

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• A genuine passion for motorsports is a big plus

• Strong communication skills (you're confident and friendly on the phone)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Sharp attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable with upselling and starting sales conversations
