Required Skills:

• Valid RN license; open to candidates with a compact license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care or similar settings
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and compassionate care delivery

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
• Knowledge of Wisconsin state regulations and protocols

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Nursing degree from an accredited program
• Proven track record in LTC or geriatric care

Other Requirements:

• All shifts open, Day-Eve-Nights
• Must possess necessary certifications, such as CPR
