Position: RN-L&D-Labor and Delivery (Travel/Contract)

We re hiring experienced RN-L&D-Labor and Delivery for a 13-week contract in Pocahontas, Arkansas — earn up to ($2112 - $2223 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

• Provide comprehensive care to laboring mothers and newborns.
• Assist in emergency situations and perform life-saving interventions.
• Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training.
• Achieve individual and team targets for patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Evaluate and improve personal performance based on feedback.
• Educate patients and families on postpartum care and newborn health.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Utilize technology to enhance patient care and communication.

• Registered Nurse license with specialization in Labor and Delivery.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery unit.
• Ability to perform under pressure and handle emergencies effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills to improve patient care outcomes.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records and patient monitoring systems.
• Strong communication skills to educate patients and families.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
• Familiarity with hospital policies and procedures.
