Gem Prep is a K‑12 college preparatory school committed to ensuring that at least sixty percent of students graduate with an associate’s degree. We seek a motivated paraprofessional to support education through tutoring in math and language arts and manage elective courses under certified teacher supervision. The role offers meaningful impact and a competitive wage of $14.78/hr.

• Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce instruction or skills outlined by certified staff.
• Assist certified staff in devising strategies for reinforcing learning based on individual needs, interests, and abilities.
• Introduce online software programs, monitor student progress, and proctor curriculum‑based testing and makeup work as assigned.
• Communicate student progress to certified teachers.
• Demonstrate ethical behavior and maintain confidentiality of student information.
• Other duties as assigned.
