Job SummaryStructural Engineers participate in project design from proposal through construction. Projects span food processing, wood products, mining, and other industrial processes. Engineers work closely with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring technical quality and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Perform routine technical work in accordance with prescribed techniques and procedures.
- Manage information and data related to projects and project management.
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and team members to meet requirements accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain healthy, long‑term professional relationships.
- Collaborate on project designs, drawings, and visual aids using standard computations and analysis.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including design criteria, calculations, and structural reports. Utilize and interpret design codes such as IBC, AISC, ACI, NDS, and ASCE.
Qualifications and Experience- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Innovative mindset and collaboration with team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in structural or civil engineering. FE certification preferred.
- No experience outside of an engineering degree required.
- Understanding of structural analysis, load calculations, and finite element analysis.
- Adaptability, initiative, and engineering curiosity.

Compensation & BenefitsThe expected base salary range for this role is $55,000 – $70,000 USD per year. The role is eligible for performance‑based bonuses and a comprehensive U.S.‑based benefits package, including:
