Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Full Time Clinician (NP or PA) to provide in-home health evaluations across a defined coverage area. You will primarily travel, with potential overnight stays, and operate using an iPad and clinical workflow.
Licensure in required states and board certification are required. Expect 40 hours per week with opportunities to conduct virtual visits and provide diagnostic and preventive services as needed.
