CATHEXIS is seeking an Entry Level Tier 1 Help Desk Specialist to join in Pocatello, will provide Tier 1 support for a federal customer’s PC, server, or mainframe applications and hardware, supporting about 50,000 users.
The role requires 0–4 years of experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work onsite in a 24/7 environment. A Bachelor’s degree or related certifications are a plus, with Top Secret clearance expected.
