We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Facilities Manager to oversee the infrastructure, utilities, and physical environment of our Pocatello manufacturing plant. This position is responsible for the building systems, grounds, and plant utilities
—ensuring reliability, safety, and efficiency across all site facilities.

Unlike our Maintenance Department

.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in industrial facilities management, with hands‑on leadership in infrastructure upkeep, vendor management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operation, upkeep, and safety of all building systems, utilities, and infrastructure.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility’s structure, HVAC systems, lighting, gates, roofs, and grounds.
  • Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and upgrades to ensure optimal building functionality.
  • Oversee utilities such as power, water, compressed air, and climate systems to ensure reliability and cost efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, fire codes, and other regulatory standards through documentation and regular audits.
  • Manage external vendors and service providers for custodial, landscaping, HVAC, electrical, and building repair work.
  • Support leadership in facility planning, renovations, and capital improvement projects.
  • Develop and manage facility budgets, maintenance schedules, and cost‑control measures.
  • Ensure facility cleanliness, organization, and safety across offices, production floors, and exterior areas.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5–7 years of experience managing facilities or industrial property operations.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, utilities, building systems, and safety regulations
    .
  • Proven ability to lead contractors and internal teams in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.
  • Excellent organizational, budgeting, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency in facility management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

This is a plant‑based, hands‑on position requiring close coordination with maintenance, safety, and operations teams.

The position is local to Pocatello, , with no travel required
