Sanitation Worker II – Overnight 3rd Shift

We are seeking a Sanitation Worker II to work the 9:00 p.m.–5:30 a.m. shift at our 221 Phil Meador Ave manufacturing facility in Pocatello,  position is full‑time with an hourly pay of $19.50, including a $1.50 shift differential.

Perform sanitation duties in a food manufacturing environment, including cleaning, waste removal, and operating sanitation equipment such as foamers and rinsing hoses. Maintain a safe and hygienic workplace, adhere to safety protocols, and work in wet and warm conditions while frequently walking on wet floors and using ladders.

• Recent experience with physically demanding duties and consistent heavy lifting (up to 50 lb).
• General labor experience; sanitation or janitorial experience is an asset.
• Ability to read and identify chemical labels and fill out forms.
• Reasonable reasoning: apply common‑sense understanding to carry out simple instructions.
• Ability to push and pull heavy equipment such as foamers, Rubbermaid carts, and pumps.

The job requires walking on wet floors, going up and down ladders, using HP hoses, handling cleaning chemicals, and working in hot/humid conditions. Employees must lift objects up to 50 lb and perform heavy equipment handling.

Frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts, high locations, strong cleaning chemicals, and high noise levels. Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times.
