About the Role:

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    Leverage our unique platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products.
  • Client Consultation:
    Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs.
  • Sales Presentation:
    Deliver captivating sales presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing the benefits and features of our life insurance products.
  • Relationship Management:
    Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering continuous support and service.
  • Market Research:
    Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.
  • Sales Reporting:
    Keep precise and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
  • Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one.
Compensation:
  • Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $/yr
  • Annual Bonus and Commission.
  • Residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the clients sale.
