ADay in the Life
- Certified Personal Trainer (Must have a nationally recognized certification & AED/CPR)
- Outgoing & Self-Motivated (We want trainers who are comfortable talking to people and selling their services)
- Passionate About Fitness & Helping Others
- Team-Oriented with an Independent Drive (You’ll have support, but success comes from your effort)
- Sales Experience Preferred, But Not Required
- Open to Newly Certified Trainers (We provide mentorship & development!)
- Base hourly rate + additional pay per session based on session type
- Scalable pay structure with tiers for increased earnings
- Opportunities to expand into stretch coaching, small group training, and even group fitness (GGX)
- Trainers can start making great money within weeks of onboarding
- Leads Provided – We help you start building your client base!
- 1.5-2 Week Onboarding – Shadowing, learning systems, and practicing sales.
- Sales & Career Development Training – We invest in your success.

- Training & Coaching
- Work one-on-one with clients to develop customized fitness programs that align with their goals.
- Lead small group and team training sessions to help members train in a motivating group setting.
- Offer education on proper exercise technique, nutrition basics, and accountability strategies.
- Actively connect with members on the gym floor, at the front desk, or via social media to build relationships and gain new clients.
- Be a resource for gym members by offering fitness tips, spotting, and answering questions.
- Assist with community-building efforts, such as social media engagement and gym events.
- Utilize your floor time to prospect, connect, and offer complimentary assessments.
- Follow up with potential clients and guide them through the process of starting personal training.
- Work alongside management to create a sustainable client schedule and meet personal income goals.
- Attend weekly PT meetings to collaborate, share strategies, and stay updated.
- Take part in mentorship, sales training, and continuing education to sharpen your skills.
- Maintain certifications and stay informed about fitness trends and best practices.
- Keep the gym clean and organized by assisting with equipment upkeep.
- Assist in program design and tracking client progress.
- Follow Gold’s Gym protocols for safety, member service, and professionalism.
