Due to continued growth, we are hiring aSolutions Specialisttoassistearly-stage strategic conversations with customers around the potential of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and agents as part of a wider AI workforce.
This is a junior role and would suit somebody keen to step up froma similar sales/ account management / sales enablement role.
- Lead strategic customer engagement to define AI workforce vision using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studioand agent-based solutions.
- Translate business challenges into high-value AI opportunities spanning automation, Copilotadoptionand agentic use cases.
- Act as the senior strategic lead across discovery, planning and throughout delivery to ensure alignment to business outcomes.
- Partner with delivery teams and customers to drive adoption, capture insights, and continuously optimise AI solutions.
- Define,quantify and communicate ROI, productivity gains and measurable business value using real engagement data.
- Lead pre-sales activities including workshops, executivebriefingsand events, while supporting pipeline growth and opportunity shaping.
- Build strong relationships with Microsoft and internal teams to align strategy, co-sell activity, and maximise customer value.
- Enable internal teams and customers through knowledge sharing, account mapping, and expansion into broader AI,automation and governance opportunities.
