Sales Support – Government & Public Safety

• Raise sales orders using the company sales tool while following process and ISO guidelines

• Liaise with customers and suppliers by telephone, Teams and email

• Confirm software prices, handle queries and communicate the latest deals

• Check confirmation orders and ensure all aspects of the sales process are followed

• Update purchases and quotes on the sales system accurately and within agreed timelines

• Use the internal CRM system to create deal registrations and update opportunities

• Provide cover for Account Managers and other Sales Administration Team members

• Assist in managing client relationships to secure and retain customer business on behalf of Sales Account Managers

• Prior experience in an administrative role
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
• Excellent communications skills
• Ability to prioritise work under pressure
• Ability to work without supervision and use initiative
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Commitment to see a job through to a successful conclusion
• Must undertake and pass a Baseline Personal Security Standard (BPSS) check

Demonstrates strong administrative capabilities with a focus on sales order processing, customer relationship management, and adherence to ISO guidelines. Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools and internal CRM systems to manage sales data and communications effectively.
