• Planning and implementing daily program activities. Be fun!
• Coordinating activities of assistant group supervisors and aides. Be a leader!
• Assisting the director with designated activities. Work as a team!
• Create educational lesson plans based on the creative cirriculum. Mold young minds!
• Uphold Keystone STARS standards. Be a great example!

• Be mission focused:
  Help every child to learn and grow in their own unique style.
• Be able to display and uphold our core values: love, learning, support, respect, & communication.
• Associates degree required in early childhood education, or a related field.
• Be able to criminal and sexual abuse background checks.
• CPR certification, or willing to obtain.
• Have reliable transportation.
