• Planning and implementing daily program activities. Have fun!
• Coordinating fun and educational activities. Be a leader!
• Assisting the director with designated activities. Work as a team!
• Create and implement educational lesson plans based on the creative curriculum. Mold young minds!
• Uphold Keystone STARS standards. Be a great example!

• Be mission focused:
  Help every child to learn and grow in their own unique style.
• Be able to display and uphold our core values: love, learning, support, respect, & communication.
• Associate degree required in early childhood education, or a related field is required for lead teacher positions.
• GED or Diploma required for aide positions.
• Be able to pass criminal and sexual abuse background checks.
• CPR certification, or willing to obtain.
• Have reliable transportation.
