When you join our roofing company as a Project Coordinator, you review sold jobs, write up work orders, and coordinate schedules with customers and subcontractors. You manage material lists, track costs, and ensure everything is ready for smooth project execution. Additionally, you maintain open communication, respond promptly to inquiries, and provide updates to leadership. Every day, you're the hub that keeps projects moving forward.

• Full‑time schedule, Monday through Friday

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Detail‑oriented with problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Google Docs
• Experience in exterior construction is required
• Experience with Job Nimbus or similar CRM software is a plus
