• Managing and improving patient health through safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices
• Acting as the Pharmacy Manager's proxy during shifts, providing coaching and feedback to pharmacy team members
• Ensuring accurate prescription fulfillment by following workflow procedures and safety guardrails at every workstation
• Delivering empathetic, patient‑centered care—collaborating with the broader healthcare team and proactively resolving insurance or medication issues
• Offering and delivering immunizations, while supporting Pharmacy Technicians in developing immunization skills
• Supporting inventory management best practices, with special attention to protecting cold‑chain products
• Partnering with the Pharmacy Manager to maintain full compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations
• Remaining flexible with scheduling and business needs, and contributing to a safe, inclusive team environment
• Maintaining clinical and technical competencies through company‑required training and continuing education
• Supporting access to care through pharmacist‑delivered clinical services such as testing and prescribing where applicable

• Active Pharmacist License in the state of New Jersey
