Full‑time opportunities available.

Monday – Friday, 3 PM – 11 PM.

$3 Performance Incentive Bonus (PIB).

$1.50 Shift Differential.

$6,000 Sign‑on Bonus after 90 days.

$38 – $60 an hour.

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in New Jersey.
• Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• Previous supervisor experience is not required; training will be provided.
• Effective communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public.
• Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care centers.

• Current, unencumbered, active RN license in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
