Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Join our team at Crest Pointe Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as an LPN! We are proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services.

Location:

Point Pleasant, NJ.

Per Diem shifts:
Any 8‑hour shift. One weekend per month is required. Shift differentials: $1.50 for 3 PM‑11 PM and 11 PM‑7 AM. Hourly pay range $32–$41. Same‑day pay available.

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as the physician’s plan of treatment.
• Follow a plan of care designed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided.

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in New Jersey.
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
