We are looking for a motivated and hands‑on restaurant shift leader to assist in guiding daily operations at our seafood restaurant. This is a career growth opportunity for someone with restaurant experience who is eager to learn, take on new responsibilities, and grow with our company. Cooking experience and some front‑of‑house management experience are a plus, but a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are the most important qualities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support daily restaurant operations, ensuring cleanliness, great service, and smooth workflow
  • Assist with supervising and front‑and‑back‑of‑house staff
  • Help maintain food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Assist with inventory management
  • Support menu development
  • Lead pre‑shift team huddles and support staff motivation
  • Help enforce restaurant policies and ensure staff accountability
  • Address guest concerns professionally and elevate issues when needed
  • Participate in staff training and onboarding
  • Step in to support service and kitchen roles when necessary
Qualifications:
  • 2–5 years of experience working in a restaurant, in either front‑of‑house and/or back‑of‑house roles
  • Some leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not required
  • Cooking experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment
  • Comfortable working weekends and guest‑facing roles

Base Salary: $55,000–$65,000 Based on Experience + Performance‑Based Bonus
