, we are looking for a Maintenance and Investment Responsible to be assigned to our Ankara Plant, with the qualifications listed below.

The position is a hands‑on specialist role requiring a disciplined and systematic engineering mindset, with a strong focus on machine performance, maintenance excellence, and process efficiency.

• Plan, coordinate, and ensure the continuity of breakdown, planned, and preventive maintenance activities
• Ensure the proper operation of the maintenance management system (CMMS) and digital systems, and lead their continuous improvement and updating
• Plan investments and manage projects; prepare the necessary specifications and contracts for investments, and follow up on contracts with the Legal Department
• Manage the technical drawing, flow diagrams, quotation collection, budget coordination, and implementation processes for investment projects
• Execute projects aimed at improving maintenance performance within the scope of OEE, WCM, and process improvement initiatives; prepare KPI and project reports related to maintenance and investments
• Conduct all activities in compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Chemical or Industrial Engineering Departments
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position and in team management.
• Preferably proficient in Autocad or similar engineering tools, and familiar with WCM, Autonomous and Preventive Maintenance, and 5S practices.
• To have knowledge of relevant legal regulations required for the job (e.g., Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental regulations, etc.)
• To have a good command of English and strong communication and coordination skills.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Ankara (Near the Ankara-Eskisehir road)
