Looking for a receptionist to join our company and have experience in greeting clients, operating calendars and phones, and making arrangements.

Salary R 156 000 per annum

Qualifications
  • Grade 12/Matric, Diploma BM.
  • 1-5 years experience.
  • Good typing skills.
Responsibilities
  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls.
  • Keeping the reception area tidy.
  • Coordinate mail flow in and out of office.
  • Receiving and dispatching deliveries.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Sorting and distributing mail.
  • Deal with queries and provide correct information.
