About the Role

Our client is seeking a results-driven Construction Project Manager to lead significant projects in Polokwane . You will oversee all aspects of the construction process, from planning and design to execution and completion, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role demands exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and a proven ability to manage complex construction environments, often involving site visits and client meetings, balanced with administrative responsibilities that can be managed remotely.

You will be pivotal in driving project success and fostering strong relationships with all stakeholders involved in our construction initiatives.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Manage and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to schedules.
• Oversee procurement, contract negotiation, and management of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management .
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, legal requirements, and risk management.
