Applicants must have the following requirements:
- Must possess a relevant qualification in Construction Management, Building, or a related field.
- Must have
15 years of experience within the construction industry. - Must have experience in commercial and industrial construction projects.
- Must have strong knowledge of construction safety standards, regulations, and project specifications.
- Must have extensive experience managing and supervising on-site building construction activities.
- Must have the ability to accurately read, interpret, and implement architectural and engineering drawings and plans.
- Must have strong problem-solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve on‑site challenges.
- Must have the ability to lead teams, coordinate site activities, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
