Construction Manager

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee a variety of construction projects in Polokwane . • Manage all construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Develop and implement detailed project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and procurement strategies.

• Implement and enforce rigorous health and safety protocols on all construction sites.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in construction management, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant South African building regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
