Construction Foreman - Residential Developments

Our client is seeking an experienced and hands‑on Construction Foreman to supervise residential building projects in Polokwane . You will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, managing a team of construction workers, and ensuring that work is completed according to plans, specifications, and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate trades effectively to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard within the Limpopo province.

You will be the key link between project management and the on‑site workforce.

• Direct and supervise daily activities of construction crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project plans and building codes.
• Manage material deliveries, site logistics, and tool/equipment deployment.
• Conduct daily site inspections and coordinate with inspectors and other project stakeholders.
• Maintain a clean and organized construction site, adhering to all safety regulations.
• Report daily progress, challenges, and resource needs to the Project Manager.

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or a similar supervisory role in residential construction.
• Solid understanding of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and experience implementing safety protocols on site.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• A valid driver's license is required.
